His audit experience covers trading, manufacturing, investment holding, aviation industry, high-technology industry, construction industry, travel and tour industry, insurance and re-insurance industry and the services industry.
Thomas is a practicing public accountant of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He has over 20 years of experience in auditing of diversified industries and listed companies. He gained his audit experience from international and mid-tier accounting firms before joining CA Practice PAC.
He had led public and private companies’ audit, initial public offerings audit, and financial due diligence of cross border acquisitions. He also possesses the practical knowledge and experience in valuation for merger & acquisition, purchase price allocation in acquisition accounting, annual goodwill impairment assessment and employee share option pricing for private company.
Zenith is an Audit Director of CA Practice PAC. He has over 9 years of experience in audit, corporate and digitalization advisory for diversified industries and listed companies. He gained his experience from KPMG before joining CA Practice PAC.

Joyce is the Tax Partner of CA Practice PAC and has over 30 years of experience in taxation. She gained her experience from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), an international accounting firm and a multi-national public listed corporation before joining CA Practice PAC. Joyce specialises in tax planning, tax advisory, cross-border tax and tax compliance work for both corporations and individuals.
Derrick has over 6 years of experience in corporate taxation, corporate and digital transformation advisory for the financial services industry and companies in diversified industries. He has gained his experience from Ernst & Young (Singapore) before joining CA Practice Advisory Pte Ltd and CA PRACTICE PAC.Â
Derrick has been involved in projects across various sub-sectors in the Wealth and Asset Management industry, ranging from funds set up, tax incentives for funds and fund managers, transactional due diligence to ongoing tax compliance and controversy support, as well as tax monitoring and governance controls. His experiences include advising on national income tax law, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS), tax incentives applications, tax governance.
Hannah has over 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial services. She pursued her professional qualification and worked her way to a Director position in the secretarial department of CA PRACTICE PAC.Â
