Rowland is the Managing Partner of the CA Practice PAC Group. He has over 30 years of experience in auditing of diversified industries and listed companies. He gained his audit experience in small, medium and international accounting firms before setting up his practice in 1989, and founded CA Practice PAC in 2013.
His audit experience covers trading, manufacturing, aviation industry, high-technology industry, insurance industry, construction industry, travel and tour industry, oil and gas industry, and the hotel and services industry.Â
Rowland is a practicing member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a fellow member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA) and an Accredited Tax Advisor of Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP).
